Safety instructions
* Stop charging the battery if charging isn’t completed within the specified time.
* Stop using the battery if it becomes abnormally hot, deformed, or discolored, or if any abnormality is detected during use, charging, or storage.
* Keep away from fire immediately when leakage or foul odors are detected.
* If liquid leaks onto your skin or cloths, wash well with fresh water immediately.
* If liquid leaking from the battery gets into your eyes, don’t rub your eyes and wash them with clean water and go to see a doctor immediately.
* If the terminals of the battery become dirty, wipe with a dry cloth before using the battery.
* The operating temperature is based on the cell surface temperature in hottest position in pack.

1. How to place an order?
Please consult our sales, they will guide you to match the right product and provide fair price.
2. What are the warranty terms?
CNS provides 2 years warranty or 80,000 kms, which ever comes first from the delivery date, both for single modules and full battery pack.
Within 2 years and 80,000 km range, the original capacity indicator 12 bars should not drop to less than 9 bars, after full charge.
The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
If the customer does not install according to the operating instructions provided by CNS, the warranty will not cover damages in the vehicle, battery module or battery cell, short circuit and other problems.
For customers who purchase battery packs, if the customer opens the battery packs without CNS’s permission, CNS will no longer be responsible for the warranty.
3. What should I do if my CNS product fails?
Please contact us immediately, our after-sales personnel and engineers will assist you to check and solve the problem as soon as possible. If the product is under warranty, we will provide you with relevant accessories/parts for free.
4. When will it be shipped after the order is placed?
For products that are not in stock or customized, such as battery modules or battery packs, we plan to ship within 20 working days. But during busy periods, the delivery time may be extended a little, we will try to deliver as expected. For other products in stock, they will be shipped within 1-3 working days.
5. Can I cancel my order after I place it?
If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of the order to receive a full refund. Please contact us by email to cancel your order immediately.
If you cancel your order after more than 24 hours, CNS will determine whether to give the customer a full refund and the percentage of the refund based on the order processing or production schedule.
Please provide order details, including order number, recipient name and/or email address. We will process your refund and automatically apply the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Orders cannot be canceled after delivery.
6. CNS's return and exchange policy.
If it is not a quality problem, we do not accept any return or exchange.
When you receive the product, you should immediately and thoroughly inspect all items. If you believe that you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately. After confirming the responsibility for the problem, CNS will negotiate with you to replace/exchange the damaged/incorrect product with a similar product or a new product, or give you a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
All shipping charges are borne by the customer by default and are non-refundable. However, depending on the circumstances, CNS may bear the cost of shipping the product back to the customer or reimburse the customer for the reasonable cost of returning the defective product to CNS.
7. How should I do if I have urgent orders? How can I push it?
1) If you want to receive your items eagerly, please make notes for which date you wish to receive and mark the email as “urgent”, our customer service will contact you within 24 hours.
2) You can contact us directly and tell us your requests after you placing the order. We will give priority for your order.
8. What technical support can I get after purchasing CNS products?
If you have any product/technical question, please feel free to contact us. CNS provides customers with lifelong technical support.
CNS provides technical support to customers in the following two ways:

9. What cell is used in the battery pack or battery module of the Nissan Leaf / BMW i3 on the CNS website? Is it brand new?
CNS uses brand new ternary lithium cell, and we usually choose to use CATL brand cells.
10. If I buy battery modules, how do I install it?
First of all, we need to explain that installing battery modules requires you to have certain technical skills and related tools. If you do not have sufficient confidence in this (technology and tools), it is recommended that you buy the battery pack directly, the installation will be simpler and less risky.
If you are fully prepared and willing to purchase battery modules, we will provide you with installation instructions/videos and all wiring harnesses/installation accessories. If you have any questions during the installation process, please feel free to contact our engineers.
